About the role

Monitor the property, entrances, exits, and common areas. Assist elderly residents with safety concerns and maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property, entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Conduct routine security patrols and identify potential safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and security reports.
• Assist elderly residents with safety concerns.
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the community.

Requirements

• Valid security license as required by state and local regulations.
• Previous security, residential, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine property patrols as required by the position.

Pay

$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 PM–4:30 AM (graveyard shift)
