About the role

An Unarmed Event Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment during events by monitoring activity, controlling access, and responding to incidents. This role focuses on customer service, crowd management, and ensuring event policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment during events by monitoring activity, controlling access, and responding to incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage crowds effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all event policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• TX PSB Level II License

Qualifications

• Experience in event security or similar field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
