Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for Registered Nurses for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRAMC) Services in support of the Defense Health Agency and Bremerton Naval.
About the role
These will be hybrid (remote) roles, working from home and some in-person visits to Bremerton Naval. The Nurse will review cases, educate patients on appropriate care, and manage healthcare costs for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees. Responsibilities include multi-line scheduling and managing military appointment lines.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (hybrid/remote).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Nursing Degree
- Active unrestricted Washington RN license or compact license
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
- Current certification in either:
- Completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) issued by the Commission for Case Manager Certification
- Access to secure, high-speed internet
- Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions
- Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
