UM Medical Director - Radiation Oncology - Remote

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve quality and promote evidence-based medicine
• Provide quality and efficiency information to inform care choices
• Support initiatives that enhance quality throughout the national network
• Ensure timely service for each member
• Collaborate with medical director teams on various clinical reviews

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted physician state license
• Current board certification in ABMS or AOA specialty in Radiation Oncology
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience post residency
• Solid understanding of evidence-based medicine and managed care principles

Pay

$248,500 – $373,000 annually
