Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
  • Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • BLS/CPR Certification
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
  • Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
  • Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures
  • Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
  • Maintain a positive attitude and bring a smile to work every day
  • Maintain equipment and area cleanliness
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
  • Demonstrate proficiency with necessary technical equipment in diagnostic modality
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
