We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. The posting includes: - Under general direction, the Ultrasound Technologist performs quality ultrasound procedures. Performs quality assurance and quality control activities on all exams performed to meet ACR accreditation, state, and/or federal regulations. Then "Responsibilities (essential Functions)" with a long list of duties. Then "Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:" with communication skills, computer skills, etc. Then "Education and/or Experience:" high school diploma, diagnostic medical sonography program, 1 year experience preferred. Then "Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:" ARDMS registration, BLS, driver's license if travel, safety-sensitive position, drug testing, vaccinations, respirator fit testing. We need to map to sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (maybe communication/computer skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (none present). The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly combine some. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes some safety-sensitive disclaimer about THC, vaccinations, respirator fit testing. That's substantive (requirements). Should keep. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Thus produce:

    About the role

    • Implement DRH Standards of Behavior and exhibit behaviors consistent with DRH core values.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Now we need sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting lumps qualifications into Minimum Qualifications: communication skills, computer skills, etc. Education and/or Experience: high school diploma, diagnostic medical sonography program, 1 year experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: ARDMS registration, BLS, driver's license if travel, safety-sensitive position, drug testing, vaccinations, respirator fit testing. We could split: Requirements = Education and/or Experience (maybe also certifications?). Qualifications = Minimum Qualifications (communication, computer skills, adaptability). Skills = maybe communication skills etc but that overlaps. Better to follow typical headings: Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (certifications/licenses), Skills (communication/computer/adaptability). But we must not invent content; we need to map actual text. Let's extract: Minimum Qualifications: - Communication skills including fluency in oral and written English. - Basic computer skills with information technology associated with the position including a familiarity with sending/receiving email, related software, and use of EHR information tools. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to remain flexible to quickly adapt to emergent or urgent situations. - Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Education and/or Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Successful completion of a diagnostic medical sonography program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) required. - 1 year of ultrasound experience preferred. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: - American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) registration required; May have up to 6 months from date of hire or transfer to obtain. - American Heart Association BLS; May have up to 30 days from date of hire or transfer to obtain. - For those positions requiring travel, a current valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance must be maintained. - Safety-Sensitive Position - This is a “Safety-Sensitive” Position as defined by Oklahoma law. As such, please be advised that applicants for this position cannot test positive in pre-employment drug tests (or any drug tests administered after employment begins) for the presence of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a psychoactive component of cannabis. This is true even if the applicant is in possession of a valid medical marijuana card that otherwise allows the license-holder to legally use and consume medical marijuana. Team Members in “Safety-Sensitive” positions are not permitted to test positive for the presence of THC in any pre-employment drug test, or any other drug test administered after employment begins. This information is provided to applicants as a resource to the application process. This is not a request for any applicant to disclose personal medical information during the application process. If you have any questions about the information in this disclaimer please direct these questions to a member of Human Resources. - This position requires respirator and fit testing. Required testing will be performed on all team members at risk for exposure to airborne infectious diseases, droplet producing procedures, or any caustic chemicals. - As a condition of employment, vaccinations are required per DRH Policy. Medical and Religious Exemptions are available upon request. We need to avoid repeating the respirator/fit testing line (already in responsibilities). It's okay to include but maybe duplicate; but we should preserve all substantive information; duplication is okay if it's in original. However we already included that line in responsibilities; but it's also in qualifications. Might be okay to keep both but could be considered duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication. But better to avoid repeating same sentence twice; but it's present in two places in original; we could keep it once under qualifications (or responsibilities). Since it's already in responsibilities, we could omit duplicate in qualifications to avoid redundancy but still preserve info (it's already there). However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit a duplicate, we still have the info present once, so it's preserved. That's acceptable. Thus we can keep respirator/fit testing only once (maybe under responsibilities). We'll keep it there. Now we need to decide sections: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: as above. - Requirements: Education and/or Experience (maybe also include high school diploma, sonography program, 1 year experience). Could also include basic computer skills? But that's more skills. - Qualifications: Certifications, Licenses, Registrations (ARDMS, BLS, driver's license if travel, safety-sensitive drug testing, vaccinations). Also maybe include the safety-sensitive disclaimer. - Skills: Minimum Qualifications (communication skills, computer skills, flexibility, adaptability). Could also include excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills (though that's similar). We'll list them. We must not create sections with filler. All have content. Now format:

    • Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
We should ensure no extra sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The original had "Per DRH policy, all required conditions of employment must be met and maintained including required vaccinations." We included vaccinations in Qualifications. Also "This position requires respirator and fit testing. Required testing will be performed on all team members at risk for exposure to airborne infectious diseases, droplet producing procedures, or any caustic chemicals." We included that in Responsibilities (maybe we should keep it there). We included it in Responsibilities list as a bullet. Good. Check for duplicate: we didn't repeat respirator/fit testing in Qualifications. Check for any other content: "Regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts." included in Responsibilities. "Appropriately adapts assessment, treatment, and/or care methods to accommodate the physical, cultural, age-specific, and other developmental needs of each person served." included. "Maintains professional and technical knowledge through continuing education opportunities including internal and external educational offerings." included.
