Ultrasound Technologist

Department: Ultrasound • Full-time nights, 10-hour shift • Resurrection Medical Center, 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.
• Position patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound Program or current certificate.
• RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in Physics (SPI) and one specialty exam (AB, BR, FE, OB/GYN, or PS) to be completed within one year of hire and maintained throughout employment.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintained.
• Proficient computer skills.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $39.74 to $55.08 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
