Ultrasound Technologist

About the Role

Join Life Line Screening as an Ultrasound Technologist and help increase patient understanding of personal health risks and opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions for longer, fuller lives. The position utilizes new, state‑of‑the‑art GE ultrasound devices and offers opportunities for career advancement, especially for new ultrasound graduates.

Major Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Carotid Artery screening, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) screening, and other screenings as needed, following company protocols.
• Handle customer‑facing responsibilities, educating participants on products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to drive the company van, load and unload equipment (up to 50 lb), and share van responsibilities.
• Maintain high accuracy and speed in a fast‑paced work environment while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements

• Completion of an Ultrasound program with vascular or general education and competency (new graduates welcome).
• Valid driver’s license with a clear motor‑vehicle record; shared driving duties for the company van.
• Flexibility to work non‑standard hours; meeting times and end times vary based on community destination and customer schedule.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to educate participants.
• Passion for creating a positive environment for team members and customers during screening events.

Pay

• $500 incentive after 3 months of service.
• $500 incentive after 6 months of service.
• $1,000 incentive after 12 months of service.
• Monthly team incentive pay.
• Immediate eligibility for holiday pay.

Schedule

• Work schedules vary based on travel distance to community screening sites and customer appointments.
• No mandatory holiday or Sunday shifts; flexible hours to meet screening event needs.
• Overtime is available for those who wish to increase earnings.
