We are currently seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (RDMS). As an Ultrasound Technologist on our team, you will provide ultrasound services to patients as ordered by physicians. Your tasks and responsibilities include: Use specialized equipment to create images (sonograms) of structures inside the human body Analyze technical informationUse independent judgment in recognizing the need to extend the scope of the procedure according to the diagnostic findingsProvide a written summary of the technical findings to the physician for medical diagnosisObtain and record an accurate patient historyProvide high-quality patient careDisplay excellent communication skillsCollaborate with physicians and other caregivers in a spirit of teamworkMaintain appropriate education and development Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography programValid RDMSRVT within 6 months of board eligibilityCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAbility to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
