Position Summary
Provide quality-imaging studies using diagnostic ultrasound as prescribed by the physician on all-patient types, ages and medical conditions using established standards and procedures. Reviews studies for quality and accuracy while documenting what is visualized.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited program in Ultrasound or Radiologic Technology with experience in Ultrasound
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology with appropriate on the job training
- Experience is preferred
- American registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or eligible
- American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT, R) or eligible with appropriate on the job training in ultrasound
- CPR certification within 3 months of hire
