Responsibilities
- Sign On Bonus: $10,000.00 or Student Loan Repayment!
- Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with department policy and procedure manuals.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, local and other regulatory requirements.
- Absorb and understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the theory and operation of the instruments that detect, display, and store the acoustic information generated in clinical examinations.
- Maintain patient well-being during exams; recognize and address patient discomfort or medical problems.
- Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard any on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Show respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Respond to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Requirements
- Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
- Past SPI exam required.
- Current ARDMS certifications or AART (S), or ARDMS Registry / ARRT (S) Eligible preferred.
- BLS certification required.
