Responsibilities
- Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with department policy and procedure manuals.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, local and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures if needed.
- Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the theory and operation of the instruments that detect, display, and store the acoustic information generated in clinical examinations.
- Monitor patient’s well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
- Passed SPI exam.
- Current ARDMS certifications or ARRT (S), or ARDMS Registry / ARRT (S) Eligible.
- BLS certification required.

Pay
$38.00 - $47.00 per hour.
Schedule
Fridays 8:00am-4:30pm & every other Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm.
