About the role
West Coast Wound and Skin Care is seeking a US Tech to perform ultrasound on patients in their homes, manage supplies, scribe for doctors, and perform chart checks.
Responsibilities
- Operating equipment
- Perform ultrasound on wound patients
- Image interpretation
- Patient interaction
- Documentation and reporting
- Order medical supplies
- Scribe for respective doctors
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Perform chart checks for evaluation of stalled wounds for existing patients
- Scribe for skin sweeps
- Make Initial Assessment calls
Qualifications
- Valid US Tech Certification
- 1-2 years of clinical management/medical experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strong awareness of medical terminology
- Strong desire for patient care
Pay
- $32/patient visit
Schedule
- 2 days a week
