About the Role
This PRN (as-needed) position involves supervising technologists and students, coordinating workflow, and ensuring high-quality patient care through leadership and collaboration with medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise technologists and students, providing guidance and technical support
- Coordinate department workflow and ensure availability of equipment and supplies
- Make staffing recommendations and oversee performance evaluations
- Communicate effectively with medical staff to maintain quality care standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited imaging program (associate's degree preferred)
- 3 years of ultrasound experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Certification (ARDMS or ARRT preferred)
- Must obtain registration within 24 months of graduation and 12 months of hire
- BLS certification preferred
