What You’ll Do
- Operates imaging equipment to obtain images of designated portions of the body.
- Performs thorough screening of patients for incompatible implants and orthotic to determine safety in devices such as MRI environment.
- Participates in required education, competencies, and annual training.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Demonstrates knowledge of supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to the on-call schedule and follows proper response time.
- Aid radiologist in PICC line placement.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate Degree required
- Registered ultrasonographer or registry eligible
- ARDMS preferred
- Required 6-12+ months experience
Job Demands
- Strong Communication Skills
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
- Maintain accurate and concise documentation
- Able to lift over 50lbs
