Ultrasound Sonographer

Role Overview Seeking a qualified Sonographer or Radiographer responsible for producing high-quality images for physician interpretation, adhering to safety and technical standards. The role requires proficiency with various imaging equipment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations and shifts. Candidates should be organized, efficient, and adaptable to varying schedules, including on-call duties. Key Responsibilities Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images meeting established standards.Follow safety guidelines for staff, patients, and support personnel.Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure high service quality.Maintain flexibility to work at different sites, shifts, and respond to on-call requirements.Perform additional duties as assigned to support optimal patient care. Qualifications & Certifications Graduate from an accredited sonography or radiography program.Organized, efficient, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Registry-eligible candidates must obtain ARDMS certification (Vascular Technology or RDMS) within specified timeframes, including additional certifications for specialties as required.Current BLS certification.
