Ultrasound OB Technician

Job Summary

Our Imaging Teams are a committed, caring group of colleagues. We are seeking a Perinatal Ultrasound Tech. As our new Perinatal Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic sonographic procedures working with a Perinatologist. You will perform procedures in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner. We prioritize patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound
• Certification (RDMS) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) required
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in MFM, high-risk OB or an acute-care setting is strongly preferred
• Current American Heart Association certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs
