The Role
The US-MRI Fusion Clinical Specialist is responsible for training providers and support staff in the proper use of the Navigo 4D Fusion System. This role involves blending clinical expertise with sales execution, focusing on physician office clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, academic centers, and community hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Train providers and support staff in the proper use of the Navigo 4D Fusion System.
- Provide case support during product evaluations to ensure sales conversions.
- Offer after-sale technical and clinical support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong clinical background in radiology or related field.
- Experience in a clinical or sales role within the medical imaging industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Physics, or a related field.
- Current certification in a relevant field (e.g., American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or sales role within the medical imaging industry.
