Ultrasound Clinical Sales Specialist
Job Description
The Ultrasound Clinical Sales Specialist will act as a clinical expert within the Ultrasound Imaging space using a consultative sales approach, developing departmental partnerships with decision makers, and collaborating with GE Healthcare counterparts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create business plans for territory including opportunity development and competitive strategies.
- Develop and foster a network of thought leaders within the territory, tracking and communicating market trends, including competitor data, and implementing effective counterstrategies.
- Provide in-service education presentations to customers in large and small group settings and conduct product demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Provide clinical support for the development of Ultrasound Enhancing Agents.
- Aid with trials, implementation, training, and Echocardiography Ultrasound Enhancing Agents.
- Differentiate assigned product offering during various stages of the sales process, utilizing PDx resources and approved product marketing/promotion materials to support the customer's decision-making process.
- Demonstrate effective sales and presentation skills in diverse settings, from one-on-one to formal large group situations, both in-person and virtually.
- Represent and assist at local, regional, or national trade shows and meetings, as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Echocardiography including all clinical applications and performing procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience in the medical industry.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Customer contact experience in various situations.
- Live within the territory (Southern CA, Arizona, and New Mexico).
- Travel 70% of the time.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ultrasound Enhancing Agent application experience.
- The ideal candidate will live in Los Angeles, CA.
We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $98,400.00 - $147,600.00 annually. This position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
