About the role

We are looking for a final-year student or fresh graduate who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about building strong leadership and capability in sales and marketing within the fast-paced cosmetics industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, public relations, and business development. You will be assigned projects and may have the opportunity to lead one upon board approval.

After a 3–6 month internship, there is a great chance to join the company’s management trainee program and potentially secure a permanent role afterward.

Requirements

• Final-year or fresh graduate student with a GPA of 7 or higher
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience interning with an international team is a plus
• Strong team player mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in English
