About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Ukulele. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the El Paso, TX area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

  • Teach Ukulele lessons in students' homes, your own home, or your own studio/rehearsal space.
  • Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
  • Communicate regularly with the office.
  • Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

  • Great with kids and love teaching.
  • Must have one of the following: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule.
  • Ability to teach via webcam if preferred.
  • Experience with online scheduling and communication tools.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments (in-person, at-home, webcam).

Are you taking any additional COVID-19 precautions?

Though some students are okay to take lessons via webcam, most students are hoping to go to their instructor's studio or have their instructor come to their home. You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, & practice social distancing when applicable.
