Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end functional expertise across UKG Ready HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduler, and People Insights modules.

• Serve as the functional SME, leading knowledge sessions for customer administrators.
• Provide best practice recommendations across configuration, workflows, and system adoption.
• Strategize on solutions for configuration and process challenges alongside customer stakeholders.
• Produce clear documentation and training that equips teams to run the platform independently.

What stands out among top talent

• 5+ years of UKG experience, including complete full-cycle UKG Ready implementations.
• End-to-end module experience across HR (Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning, Benefits, COBRA, ACA), Payroll Services, Time (Accruals, Attestation, LOA/Leave), Scheduler, and People Insights.
• Valid UKG Ready Implementation Certifications: Time (required), with HR and Payroll certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience serving public sector customers.
• Strong consulting, communication, documentation, and training skills with proven independent delivery.
