About the role
The UKG Concierge Lead is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage client relationships to build long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (optional)
