What You'll Do
- Design and develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, REFramework, and other best practices.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Recommend and implement continual improvements for RPA solutions.
- Author and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), process definitions, and other automation artifacts.
- Build, deploy, and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, and asset configuration.
- Leverage UiPath Automation Suite for end-to-end process automation across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences for AI-assisted decision-making and user-guided automation.
- Implement Document Understanding workflows for processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data using AI models and OCR.
- Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and APIs for seamless automation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process SMEs, and testers to ensure automations meet business requirements and deliver measurable value.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) for iterative, transparent, and high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive development experience; at least 1 year as a Robotic Process Automation developer – UiPath highly preferred, Federal ecosystem experience preferred.
- Experience with configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with Python and object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages.
- Familiarity with project and change management concepts, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management.
- Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot and AI Center configuration and capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential.
- US Citizen per contract requirements.
- Able to obtain and maintain a government Secret security clearance as required by contract; candidates with an active Secret clearance receive priority consideration.
- Candidates local to the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in DoD Audit environment.
- UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional certification.
- Knowledge of UiPath tools Orchestrator and Maestro.

Benefits
- The salary range for this role takes into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training; licenses and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $116,805.00 - $164,214.00.
About the Role
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive development experience, with at least 1 year as a Robotic Process Automation developer using UiPath. Experience with Agile methodologies, Python, and object-oriented languages is essential. Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot and AI Center is preferred, and candidates should have a US Citizenship and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Schedule
Candidates located in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area will be expected to travel approximately 5% of the time. Non-local candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 20% for key meetings, team events, or client engagements.
