UI/UX Web Designer

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative and visually compelling website designs, incorporating state-of-the-art interactions tailored for diverse industry clients. This role involves leading the entire design process—from conceptualization and wireframing to final layout development—collaborating closely with developers to translate client requirements into engaging, functional digital experiences. The UI/UX Web Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients’ digital presence, ensuring that each project aligns with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of website design experience
• Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration
• Experience with Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Sketch is a plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing elegant and innovative web design projects
• Motion design experience is advantageous
• Prototyping skills to demonstrate interactive workflows
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent visual and conceptual design skills
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle, including conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and final layout creation for both mobile and desktop platforms
• Apply current design trends and modern branding styles to craft compelling digital narratives and visual identities
• Focus meticulously on detail to achieve pixel-perfect designs
• Identify and incorporate user research and insights into innovative website features and workflows
• Communicate design concepts, purpose, and thought process effectively to internal teams and clients
• Create cutting-edge designs across various industries and client sizes, from SMBs to enterprise organizations
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and demonstrate their value to stakeholders and team members
• Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to generate new business opportunities and support sales efforts through creative input
• Manage high-end projects confidently, utilizing both visual expertise and strong interpersonal skills to motivate and collaborate with team members
• Incorporate feedback from team and clients through thoughtful critique and iterative refinement
• Ensure all design files, layers, and folders are organized and maintained efficiently
• Work closely with the President and department leaders throughout each project’s lifecycle to ensure alignment and quality
