UI/UX Developer, Smart Factory Solutions

Job Responsibilities

Salary: Starting at $95,000 USD per year

Magna IT is seeking experienced front-end engineer and UI/UX developer with 5+ years of relevant work experience to lead the development and evolution of our digital factory solutions.
Typescript and React are the current language and framework. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent technical and aesthetic skills and a strong UI design sense.
Clear, concise, and timely communication is needed in our highly collaborative, small team process. We need your willingness to give and receive constructive criticism, and your energy and enthusiasm to help move the company and product forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development and/or UI/UX work experience
• 4+ years building polished, performant front-end applications and applying best practices in front-end architecture
• 4+ years using React with a deep understanding of core principles including hooks, state management, and performance optimization
• Advanced CSS expertise
• 4+ years Typescript experience (highly recommended)
• SolidJS and/or Svelte

Preferred Qualifications

• Other web frameworks (Vue, Angular, Knockout)
• SSR
• WebAssembly
• Material UI
• AG Grid
• Vite or NextJS
• Mobx, Recoil, or Jotai
• Responsive CSS
