UI/UX Designer with React

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve UI/UX.
• Design and develop AI-powered features and tools to enhance user interactions and application intelligence.
• Ai/ML Collaboration
• Work with AI frameworks and APIs to integrate machine learning, NLP, or predictive analytics into products.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to fine-tune AI models and optimize performance.
• UX Documentation
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Development Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement designs using React.
• Develop reusable React components and integrate UI designs into the codebase.
• Ensure design consistency across the product following brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably with hands-on experience in React development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs with responsive principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of React.js including JSX, components, state management, and hooks.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
