About the Role
YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive interfaces, visual assets, wireframes, and prototypes for next-generation AI systems. You will use Figma to develop and refine designs while applying strong principles of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user experience. The role also involves reviewing designs, documenting decisions, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating remotely with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics, layouts, and user interfaces for AI-focused products and systems.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Apply typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Evaluate and improve existing visual designs and user experiences.
- Review design work and provide constructive feedback.
- Document design decisions and relevant design processes.
- Collaborate effectively with remote team members.
- Manage design assignments and consistently meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in graphic design, UI design, UX design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Strong visual design and user experience skills.
- Ability to evaluate designs and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across both graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Experience developing visual systems or reusable design approaches.
- Interest in designing for emerging technologies and AI-powered products. Previous AI experience is not required for this position.
