About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI-First UI/UX Designer to join our talented Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end UI/UX design of fireclaytile.com, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-converting e-commerce experience. You will own the design process from conceptualization in Figma to creating build-ready specifications for our development team. Additionally, you will manage the Shopify Plus backend configuration, including products, collections, metafields, checkout processes, and navigation. Collaborating closely with our internal developers and growth marketing team, you will spearhead custom development projects such as Salesforce/Shopify integrations and sample ordering experiences. Your expertise in AI tools will be essential in optimizing workflows, enhancing site performance, and executing CRO experiments. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, this remote role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the digital presence of a socially responsible and innovative company committed to sustainable growth and design excellence.
