UI-Path RPA Developer - Remote

Position: UI-Path RPA Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6-12+Months Interview: Video Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows using UiPath Platform for State government services. Analyze and document business processes, translate requirements into technical automation solutions, and optimize workflows. Build reusable automation components and develop complex SQL queries for automation data operations. Support testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of RPA bots, dashboards, and system integrations. Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to business and IT stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones using Agile methodologies. Establish and enforce automation standards for documentation, coding, and governance. Apply Lean and continuous improvement techniques for process optimization. Identify new automation opportunities and adapt solutions to evolving business needs. Manage multiple automation projects and coordinate with platform/process owners. Utilize knowledge of SDLC, REST/SOAP APIs, AI techniques (OCR/ICR, Chatbots, ML, NLP), and programming design/coding standards. Required: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred) 6+ years hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development/implementation 2+ years RPA Solution Architect experience 3+ years experience with SharePoint and Power Platform 8+ years software application development 2+ years experience with AI techniques (preferred) Experience with OCR data extraction
