UI Migration PM

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the UI migration process
• Track migration progress, manage timelines, and ensure compliance deadlines are met
• Conduct virtual training sessions and walkthroughs on the new UI
• Help resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal product/support teams
• Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, onboarding, implementation, or related fields
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Comfortable leading trainings or presenting software features to users
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Recent graduates with relevant internships or transferable experience encouraged to apply
