Responsibilities

• Affixes to setup of UHP equipment
• Tend hoses in robotic blast operations
• Manually blast with UHP guns to achieve required surface preparation spec.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and keep a clean work environment
• Operate and maintain UHP blasting equipment and tools effectively
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Report any issues to supervisors promptly
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in UHP blasting
• Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations during operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in blasting preferred
• Experience in UHP blasting or related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting
