Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation (family law preferred)
- A proven track record in handling divorce, custody, child support, and other related matters
- Current license to practice law in the state
- Exceptional litigation skills, with experience in representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clients with clear, concise, and compassionate legal advice
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice
- Ability to manage a large caseload, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation rights, domestic violence, and other related issues
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively advocated for
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
- Provide clients with sound legal advice and guidance, ensuring they are fully informed about their rights, obligations, and options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
