We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Welcome! We’re excited you’re considering an opportunity with us! To apply to this position and be considered, click the Apply button located above this message and complete the application in full. Below, you’ll find other important information about this position." This is application instructions and welcome; we should remove. - Then description: "Performs a wide range of clerical duties in support of assigned patient care department as well as extensive monitoring function for all cardiac telemetry and hard-wire monitored patients. This position monitors a specified number of patients ordered pulse oximetry and capnography in a centralized location." - Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: High School Diploma or equivalent; Obtain certification in Heartsaver OR Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date; To be completed as established by department: (Administered at Department level) Successful completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course. - Preferred Qualifications: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Graduate of Technical Education Program or Medical Assistant Program. - CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ... many bullet-like sentences. - PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ... list. - WORKING ENVIRONMENT: ... list. - Skills And Abilities: list. - Additional Job Description: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40; Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt); Company UHC United Hospital Center; Cost Center 149 UHC Express Test and Outpatient Care; Address 327 Medical Park Drive Bridgeport West Virginia; Equal Opportunity Employer ... (boilerplate). We need to remove EEO boilerplate. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: Could be the introductory description (first paragraph). That is substantive. - Responsibilities: The CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES section. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications? Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Could be Qualifications. - Skills: Skills And Abilities. - Benefits: Not present. No mention of benefits. So we should not include Benefits. - Pay: Not present. So omit. - Schedule: We have Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40; Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt). That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that. We also have Physical Requirements and Working Environment. Those could be part of Requirements or maybe separate sections but we only have allowed headings list. Could we incorporate them into Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings only? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely we should only use those headings; we shouldn't create other headings like Physical Requirements. So we need to fit that info into existing sections, maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. But we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to include Physical Requirements and Working Environment somewhere. Could we put them under Requirements? Or maybe under Qualifications? The spec says we can have those headings; we could also add a section like "Requirements" and include both minimum qualifications and physical/working environment. That seems okay. Similarly, Skills And Abilities can go under Skills. Schedule: we have weekly hours and shift. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications + Physical Requirements + Working Environment. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: Skills And Abilities. - Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40; Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt). We should not include Benefits, Pay. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact sentences? Probably we can keep them as is, but we need to format as list items where appropriate. We need to decide what constitutes a list. The posting has many sentences separated by periods; we can turn each duty into a

  • . For requirements, we have bullet-like items: High School Diploma or equivalent; Obtain certification in Heartsaver OR Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date; Successful completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course. Also physical requirements: Manual dexterity used in operating standard office equipment; Ability to sit for long periods of time; Vision (corrected)/hearing within normal limits; Ability to visually monitor several computer screens with multiple cardiac rhythms, pulse oximetry and capnography waveforms for sustained periods of time. Working environment: Standard clinical environment. We could combine physical requirements and working environment into a list under Requirements. For Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of Technical Education Program or Medical Assistant Program. Skills: list items: Ability to Troubleshoots technology with biomedical engineering and clinical staff; Ability to work as a cooperative, focused team player, take direction well, and have a positive attitude to work with the patients, nursing staff, and physicians; Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate standard office software; Knowledge of medical terminology; Good verbal/writing and mathematical skills. Schedule: maybe just a

with the info. Now we need to remove boilerplate: welcome/apply instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Check for duplicated lines: The posting includes "Coordinate and facilitate ongoing communication to ensure efficient intradepartmental and interdepartmental operations." appears twice? Actually appears once near end: "Coordinate and facilitate ongoing communication to ensure timely, efficient intradepartmental and interdepartmental transportation of patients." Slightly different. Not duplicate. We need to ensure we don't include "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The address, company, cost center etc. Are those considered substantive? They are metadata like company name, cost center, address. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Address, company, cost center could be considered minor metadata. Should we drop them? Likely drop them as they are not essential to role description. The posting also includes "Company UHC United Hospital Center Cost Center 149 UHC Express Test and Outpatient Care Address 327 Medical Park Drive Bridgeport West Virginia". That's minor metadata; we can drop. Also we removed "Additional Job Description" heading; we incorporated schedule. Check for any other substantive info: "Performs a wide range of clerical duties..." we used that as About the role. Check for any other duties: The line "Performs a wide range of clerical duties in support of assigned patient care department as well as extensive monitoring function for all cardiac telemetry and hard-wire monitored patients." Already in About. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's part of Physical Requirements and Working Environment sections; we omitted those sentences. Should we keep them? They are substantive? They are generic boilerplate about accommodations.
