Key Responsibilities
- Class Excellence: Plan and deliver structured Yoga classes, incorporating safe, well-paced choreography and smooth transitions.
- Education & Form: Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe workout for all fitness levels.
- Community Connection: Welcome and orient new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
- Operational Standards: Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment and sound systems are handled correctly.
- Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
What You Bring
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and kinesiology as it relates to Yoga.
- Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
- Communication: Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
Experience
- Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Yoga) is highly preferred.
- Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
- Yoga certification (RYT or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
