Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured strength classes
• Educate participants on proper lifting form
• Welcome new participants and build rapport with members
• Ensure operational standards are met
• Promote gym programs and membership perks

What You Bring

• Expertise in exercise science principles, anatomy, and safe resistance training techniques
• High physical stamina and motivational personality
• Clear, effective cueing and interpersonal skills
• Previous group fitness instruction, especially in Strength or Resistance training
• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred)
• Specialty format certifications as required
• CPR/AED certification
