Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, safe, and well-paced cycle choreography paired with engaging music.
• Educate participants on proper bike setup, riding form, and modifications to ensure a safe workout.
• Welcome new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
• Promote gym programs, special events, and membership perks as a brand ambassador.

What You Bring

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and rhythmic cueing.
• Energy: High physical stamina and a personality that can command a room.
• Communication: Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Cycle) is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred). Specialty Cycle format certification. CPR/AED certification.
