UF Health Regional Physician – Neuro-Interventional Radiology – Central Florida (Lake, Sumter & Marion Counties)

About the role
UF Health Medical Group in Leesburg, FL, and The Villages, FL is seeking a full-time Neuro-Interventional Radiology physician who is Board Certified or Board Eligible. Experienced professionals and recent graduates are welcome.
This role involves providing, establishing, and executing best practice strategies and quality outcomes. You will manage strategic clinical relationships with regional physicians and collaborate with the VP of Strategic Service Lines for marketing and business development activities. The position includes setting major goals to align with broad functional objectives for Vascular services and aiding in developing patient care pathways. The aim is to build a patient-centered team of professionals in Central Florida to enhance Neuro-Interventional Radiology health, provide top-notch outcomes for interventions, and minimize costs. The goal is to be acknowledged locally and nationally as a trusted ecosystem for Neuroeducation and evidence-based treatment.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes.
- Four years of appropriate experience (completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certified or Board Eligible in Neuro-Interventional Radiology.
- Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
