About the role
The UF Health Regional Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the UF Health Family Medical Group in Starke, FL. This position offers a market-based, competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience
- Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification/License in the state of Florida
- Federal DEA Certification
- Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
- Board certified in Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes
- Four years of appropriate experience
- Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience
