Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• Animer et respecter les plans de production, ainsi que les procédés standards du Groupe.
• Atteindre les objectifs financiers : préparer et présenter le budget de l’UAP.
• Représenter l'usine vis à vis du client : respecter le cahier des charges du client concernant la durée du cycle, les livraisons, les quantités et coûts.
• Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action afin d'améliorer la fonctionnalité/productivité et d'atteindre les objectifs du Groupe.
• Maintenir les indicateurs de tableaux de bord et reporting afin de gérer le lead time, les cibles de la chaîne logistique, les performances HSE, etc.
• Prenons connaissance des instructions/Procédures relatives aux postes S/R ainsi que les CSRs et l’impact du non-respect de ces instructions.
• Gérer l’équipe UAP : s'assurer du bon niveau d'effectif, maintenir un environnement de travail conforme aux normes HSE, identifier les besoins et recommander les actions de formation, partager les informations (transparence), participer aux initiatives de gestion des carrières, etc.

Compétence requise

• Maîtrise en Ingénierie de production.
• Maîtrise au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel (préférentiellement dans l’industrie textile).
• 3-5 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe et maîtrise des ratios liées à la gestion d’effectif.
• Connaissances pratiques des méthodes de production (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, GPAO).
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnelles, Esprit d'équipe.
• Niveau d’anglais très satisfaisant.
