About the role

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work directly with youth while supporting the growth and long-term success of 4-H programs throughout the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and evaluate STEM, Healthy Living, and other 4-H programming.
  • Deliver engaging educational activities for youth in different learning settings.
  • Promote, recruit, and support 4-H club membership, volunteer involvement, and program participation.
  • Promote 4-H programs through community outreach, marketing, and communications with media, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Implement innovative program delivery methods to increase accessibility and youth engagement.
  • Assist in preparations, setup, and daily operations for County Fair, 4-H Camp, and community service events.

Requirements

  • Experience engaging with youth and the public; one year of youth development experience preferred.
