Join MHS West Childcare/Preschool in Union Grove, WI as a Two Year Old Co Lead working with Infant / Toddler (0–2). The role calls for no formal credential — just relevant experience and offers $14 – $19/Hr to qualified childcare professionals.

Role

Full-time Teacher, working Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:15 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that cater to the children's needs.
• Utilize WMELS to observe and document the children's development for their portfolios.
• Ensure the classroom and bathroom are clean and well-maintained.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, afternoon snack, and assist with lunch for the children.
• Provide daily outdoor activities for the children.
• Attend monthly center-wide meetings to stay informed and collaborate with colleagues.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• CPR certification
• Reliable and flexible to adapt to the needs of the children and the center.
