The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. Additionally, Twin Peaks Girls sell food and beverages. The role is centered on female sex appeal, sports knowledge, food and beverage expertise, a fun and energetic personality, and adherence to the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.

Costume Requirements

The Twin Peaks Girl is a unique aspect of the Twin Peaks concept. Compliance with the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines is mandatory whenever working. During occasional costume parties, participation requires adherence to the specific costume guidelines for those events.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Image & Costume Guidelines.
• Interact with and entertain guests.
• Promote events and specials to enhance good will and profitability.
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking and delivering food and drink orders, suggestive selling, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading and understanding the menu, writing and ringing in tickets, and operating a computerized register system.
• Must be able to suggestively sell menu items and communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Basic math skills to compute proper change and settle checks accurately.
• Must attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks Girl policies and procedures.
• Must complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
• Must complete any additional required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, as mandated by local and state regulations.
