About the role

The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. Additionally, Twin Peaks Girls sell food and beverages. The role is centered on female sex appeal, sports knowledge, food and beverage expertise, a fun and energetic personality, and adherence to the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.

The Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl is a unique aspect of the Twin Peaks concept. Compliance with the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines is mandatory whenever working. During occasional costume parties, participation requires adherence to the specific costume guidelines for that event.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Image & Costume Guidelines
• Interact with and entertain guests
• Promote events and specials to enhance good will and profitability
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
• Must be able to suggestively sell menu items
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests for entertainment purposes
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
• Ability to handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables
• Ability to compute proper change and accurately settle checks
• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training
• Must successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
• Must attend and complete any other required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, in compliance with local and state regulations

• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus

• Some locations have smoking sections, which may expose the Twin Peaks Girl to cigarette or cigar smoke
