Twin Peaks Girl- Bartender

About the Role

The Twin Peaks Girl-Bartender interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. Bartenders are also responsible for selling food and beverages while maintaining knowledge of sports, food, and drinks. A fun, energetic personality and adherence to Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines are essential.

The Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl costume is a unique aspect of the role. Bartenders must comply with Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines while working. Optional costume parties may be promoted, with specific guidelines for participation. Bartenders may choose to wear the standard costume instead.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines.
• Interact with and entertain guests.
• Promote events and specials to enhance business profitability.
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks accurately.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading and understanding the menu, writing and ringing in tickets, and operating a computerized register system.
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items and entertain guests through effective communication.
• Apply common sense and understanding to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Perform basic mathematical computations for accurate change and check settlement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must attend orientation and agree to company policies and procedures.
• Must complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program before working unsupervised.
• Must complete and maintain any required local or state certifications, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects or controls, and communicate verbally.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
