About the Role

The Twin Peaks Girl-Bartender interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. Bartenders are also responsible for selling food and beverages while maintaining knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, and adhering to Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines.

The Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl costume is a unique aspect of the role. All Twin Peaks Girl-Bartenders must comply with the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines while working. Optional costume parties may be promoted, and participation is voluntary. If participating, the bartender must follow the specific costume guidelines for the event.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines.
  • Interact with and entertain guests.
  • Promote events and specials to enhance business profitability.
  • Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading and understanding the menu, writing and ringing in tickets, and operating a computerized register system.
  • Ability to suggestively sell menu items and entertain guests through effective communication.
  • Apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
  • Perform basic mathematical computations for accurate change and check settlement.

Training & Certifications

  • Attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures.
  • Successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program before working unsupervised.
  • Complete and maintain any required local or state certifications, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects, and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
