About the role

The Twin Peaks Girl is responsible for interacting with, entertaining, and providing best-in-class service and hospitality to every Twin Peaks guest. They also promote events and specials that enhance the business's profitability.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Image & Costume Guidelines
• Interact with and entertain guests
• Promote events and specials
• Execute food and drink orders
• Greet guests
• Take the order, suggestive selling, ringing in the order, delivering food and drinks to the table, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling the check properly
• Perform any other duty/responsibility deemed necessary by management

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to read and understand the menu
• Ability to write and ring in tickets
• Ability to operate a computerized register system
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
• Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
