Tutor Pool -Temporary Contract

Job Duties

Provide tutoring sessions in person, over Zoom, and through D2L for students and staff at the RSCC Learning Centers.

Provide tutoring consultations for small groups when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed coursework or degree in the specialized area(s) to be tutored.
• Obtained a GPA of 3.5 or higher in the area of specialization and a 3.0 or higher overall.
• Primary subject areas are English (writing and reading), math, and sciences (anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry, and physics).

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer skills in Microsoft applications.
• Experience using Zoom.
• Experience in course management systems (namely, D2L).
