Turquoise Ridge - Underground Network & Communications Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Handle maintenance duties for underground and surface networks and communications equipment, including fiber optic networks, wireless systems, Cisco switches, radios, and radio controls.
• Project Support: Assist in developing and executing projects to enhance both short- and long-term mine plans.
• Team Collaboration: Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, maintaining a focus on safety, communication, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong knowledge of network and communication repair, installation, and troubleshooting of complex underground systems.
• Education: Formal education in network and/or communications (preferred).
• Teamwork & Safety: A dedication to working within a team environment and maintaining a strong safety record is essential.
• Desire to Learn: You should be eager to learn and apply new skills for repairing and maintaining mining equipment.
