Turndown Attendant - Laundry

The Inn at Hastings Park is a Relais & Châteaux property located in Lexington, Massachusetts. It offers 22 stylishly luxurious accommodations, including a guest house and barn, and is known for its immersive food and wine experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide turndown services
• Janitorial and maintenance support, ensuring the Inn is clean and tidy at all times
• Prepare rooms for guests and ensure meeting rooms are well-equipped and neat
• Clean lobbies and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Stock guest rooms/closets with necessary items like soaps, tissues, linens and towels
• Change bed linens and empty trash as required
• Clean furnishings and carpets
• Process laundry

Requirements

• Motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Available to work weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
